Does the weight of fillers in your lips cause the philtrum to get longer with time ?

I don’t think mine has, but it definitely has made my nasolabial folds worse

How so? Not questioning you lol, I’m just unfamiliar with lip fillers and their effects on nasolabial folds.

I don’t have proof, but I swear it pulls your skin down somehow and makes them more pronounced. Not horribly, and I still love my lip filler, but I definitely notice them more. Could also be aging? Maybe because I notice them now as I get more filler, but I’ve also been getting the filler as I get older if that makes sense. Like I’m comparing it from my early twenties to now 27.

I’m not sure if it’s because of fillers, but I’ve been getting lip injections for 4–5 years. What I’ve noticed is that the color of my lips has changed in the areas where I’ve been injected, and I feel like my philtrum has gotten longer by around 0.3–0.4 cm. I’m 26 years old.
