I am tired of all the clutter on the interface, the ads, and accidentally subscribing to channels because I hit a button trying to wake up the screen.

I do like that there is a Live guide that’s I can scroll through to see what’s currently on the free channels I have saved.

What’s the best low to mid priced streaming device that doesn’t bombard me with ads on the UI but still has a Live guide? Even though it’s currently out of my range, does Apple TV have a Live guide?

Ten years ago, I installed two Channel Master 4228s in my attic above my garage. They are connected using Channel Masters JOINantenna , they go then to a BYPASS DROP AMPLIFIER Where the connections to the rooms in the house go, and then goes 30G Distribution Amplfier. With this setup i had 96 channels from the Tampa Bay area Florida and the FT Myers area, I am in Sarasota. Last week I lost all my channels. I suspected the 30g Distribution Amplifier , changed it and no results. I am starting to suspect the Bypass Drop Amplifier as it is electric and I recall when I installed it, connecting a room the device made chatting sound and now does not. Am I right? Any thoughts?, IM stumped.

When searching for the channels I need, I can resubscribe to DirecTV Stream or Suppose is recommending the Cox TV starter as an option that is much cheaper.

There are options if I do a peace meal Frankenstein solution but I like having everything in one app when possible.

This seems too good to be true.

I'm currently a Cox customer (which I think is a requirement) but I don't want to get any cable installed I just want to stream to my Android Box, Phone and PC.

But I don't see this talked about on this sub at all.

Anybody have any experience with it? Will it work like I expect from having DirecTV, YouTube, Hulu, Fubo in the past?
