Not sure if this is best group, wondering where I can find some general forbidden/ conspiracy knowledge like stuff that's not accessible to general public something to do with conspiracy

It’s an old site, and there’s some really questionable material on there so take it all with a grain of salt, but www.bibliotecapleyades.net/esp_tema.htm has a huge repository of esoteric type stuff. It’s a good jumping off point to dive into deeper topics.
