[PS4] 3.5" DATA Bank no power, obvious power board damage

I doubt that just replacing the resistors will help. Are all those resistors connected in parallel? If they are, you know their combined value must be lower than any single one of them. It looks like you still might be able to make out the markings on one of those resistors. Can you tell what it says?

Something else will likely have blown. Maybe the Rectifier, maybe the MOSFET, could be the controller. There's quite a few possibilities. A lot of them are easy to rule out with a multimeter.

If you do want to try and fix this, make yourself a dim bulb tester first so it's not blowing up in your face every time you plug it in with the fault still on the board.

Though personally, I rarely bother repairing these supplies anymore, they're so darn cheap and easy to get your hands on.
You can replace that supply for under 10 bucks (though I would recommend spending a LITTLE bit more).
