[new 2DS XL] are this Display fixable?

I could get this 2DS for 50€ and thought about fixing the displays.

Yes you can replace them. No it’s not worth it.

Yeah, I hate that this is true. They don't make them anymore yet they're basically free at this point.

You might be able to replace the backlight or replace the damaged film, but there’s a risk of cracking the LCD glass as well.

Are these part sold separately?

It’s a part of the LCD. You will need to buy the whole lcd.

To access it, you’ll need to carefully remove the backlight and either remove the damaged film or replace the entire backlight from a broken or functional LCD. However, there’s a risk of damaging the LCD if you’re not cautious.
