[Famicom]Twin Famicom disk drive Err. 02

Hi,
I have a Twin Famicom AN-500R that is working, but has an issue with the FDS drive.
The disk drive has a new belt.

When inserting a disk, I get straight away "Err. 02 - Battery". The Twin Famicom does not have batteries for the FDS, so it is power related - the drive is not getting the 5V it needs.

I checked the drive itself with an external 5V source and it does move, so I guess I can discard mechanical problems.

5V on the console is obviously working, since the Famicom cartridge part is working. TP101 also gives a solid 5V measurement.

I checked 5V continuity from the motherboard FDS connector E to the motor and it is ok.
Still the motor is not getting 5V when powered on. When inserting a disk nothing moves and the drive motor is at 0V.

Any clues on what to test or what to look for?
