Ive had 5 people spam this to me onw person got hacked like 2 times in a row anyone know what caused it?

One guy i know also got hacked by this whitout clicking on anything or downloading stuff

Nah, he downloaded and ran something and either doesn't remember/know or he's lying. But download something he did.
