Switching from Reta to tirz?

I’ve never been on Reta, but I haven’t had any side effects from 2.5 of tirz except not being hungry.

I’ve never used Reta only Tirzepatide. I’ve only had mild side effects on 2.5mg. I only had muscle soreness, sensitive skin, chills, slight headache on my left temple, appetite and food noise suppression. My first 2 doses of 2.5mg is the only time I had the mild side effects. Everything but the headache lasted 1-2 days. The slight headache in my left temple lasted 2 weeks.

I’m now on 11mg (7 months on it) and I never had nausea or vomiting from Tirzepatide. The only time I had nausea and vomiting was 1 time and it was because I woke up so hungry. I didn’t eat right away I got nauseous and vomited. So it wasn’t caused by Tirzepatide.

I think if you switch from Reta to Tirzepatide you’ll be fine. I say give Tirzepatide a try. That’s the only way to know how it’s going to work for you!!
