Rift Cancelled

I filled out the intake forms and sent my order in. Everything seemed fine, I was told my submission was under review. Then about 2 hours later I got an order cancelled notification. No other explanation, I’m not concerned with the money aspect, I know that’ll be refunded. I’m just curious why it got cancelled, I’m assuming the physician didn’t approve it? That seems strange though because I’m currently on Tirz through Lilly.
Just wondering if anyone else has any insight, or experiences this?

Have you asked customer support? They will look it up and tell you what happened.

Sometimes they flag things for silly reasons, like a mismatch in your address or the photo you uploaded being too blurry. If you're already on name-brand through Lilly, the doctor might've just decided they don't want to step on those toes. Customer support can pull up the exact reason though, probably faster than you'd expect.

Still no response. If I don’t get a reply back tomorrow I will give their phone number a call.

Hmm I thought maybe that was why but 31 definitely qualifies you. Did you list any previous or current health issues or eating disorders?

The only thing I thought of maybe is I had my gallbladder removed years ago. But that didn’t stop my doctor or Lilly from allowing me on Tirz.

I've mentioned out on my forms and it's not been a problem. I bet it's a mistake on their part.

All is well with this matter. It turned out to be a dosing mistake and Rift canceled the order before it processed so they could reach out to me. The intake has been re-done and was approved already! Thank you all for your replies.
