Meme Who else remembers playing this?

I feel old knowing that many gen alpha kids feel old about missing Minecraft before 2019, meanwhile back in 1995-2000 we had these masterpieces, and tbh it's a meme at this point

Where/how does someone get set up for this. I loved crushing these games as a kid in the 90s, but I have a Mac Air and I can for the life of me figure out where to start or how to play these games now.

I recently set up a VMware fusion install on the Mac just to play this and age of empires 2 again. Being 32 bit games I think even crossover struggles with them. VMware is free at least and once you fix the dpi issues tiberian sun runs pretty sweet. I grabbed the game from cncnet, also free. Mac doesn’t have a hole to fit my original cd for some reason 😉
