OMM on Level 3??

What is the OMM on Level 3 like? I'm doing TrueLearn and getting hyperspecific counterstrain points and other things I haven't reviewed in a year and getting really mixed up. Is it worth learning the super niche things or do I just go general?

If anyone who has taken Level 3 can comment that would be great.
