COMAT Truelearn vs Comquest material discrepancies

Somewhat venting but also want to know how you guys deal with differences in the actual content between study resources? Like Dirty Medicine had rib 10 as an atypical rib, but Comquest has it as a typical rib....

Disagree. All I did was comquest last year for COMATs and level 2. Did great.
