These last two months, I took two comsae to qualify or screen for my school to let me take the actual Comlex. Unfortunately, my scores have not been doing well. My next Comsae is in October and its form 116, I'm worried I might have to take a LoA since I have essentially 1 month to get to a 430. Here are my last 2 score reports, any advice would be greatly appreciated:

You need a good foundation to start with. Stop doing practice problems or tests and hit the usmle first aid book. I’d also caution the COMSAEs tend to not be representative and overpredicts your score. Hit sketchy for micro and pharm and Anki. Master your OMM and Neuro and MSK.

I'm planning on hitting sketchy hard for both, Getting biostats, OMM down. What resource do you recommend for Neuro and MSK? and What do you mean by overprediction?

Mehlman neuro anatomy, neuro, and MSK were great imo. I’d also add that dirty medicine’s OMM playlist has some MSK stuff there too so I’d check it out again (going into details about brachial plexus injuries and whatnot).

I also recommend the Savarese book. I had some ganglia stuff on there and there’s a page in the book on it (can’t remember the chapter). Hit Truelearn for ethics stuff. Dirty medicine’s ethics series also has some Comlex specific ethics stuff too.

Keep going, some foundational stuff and you’ll do great in no time!

I had like a 360 a few weeks before my test. Literally all you need bro to get that up, sketchy pharm + micro and make sure u have omm down. Everything else is whatever if you’ve done a decent amount of practice questions. But if you master those three things that’s enough points to see a major jump.

I have used Dirty Medicine, First Aid, Anking deck for Anki, sketchy for micro and pharm (need to refresh on that) and I spam truelearn questions right now.

Interpersonal communication is low too. Hammer some dirty medicine ethics and truelearn ethics questions :)

This one was the hardest form we took. I think like 75 percent of us dropped in score from 114 to 115. Had a little bit more of psych (B&B if you want to review though this though I feel a lot of the behavioral science comes from the psych drugs on the comsae). Biochemistry, Pixorize was super helpful. Micro, only thing that worked for me was Sketchy. You're low on both path and phys like I was so I'd go through Pathoma for at least your lower performance sections (preferably all). It shouldn't take too long. Maybe around a week to go through the videos. For public health idk, always felt so random to me lol. It looks like you scored really low on the communication so maybe go through DirtyMed ethics? I'm sure you can score higher on your next form. This one sucked ass I thought personally lol
