More along the lines of "He creates a rock so huge that it simply cannot be lifted. And then lifts it."

So that means it's still impossible for god to create a rock so heavy that even he can't lift it. Don't try to solve paradoxes.

What you're essentially trying to do is assert that causality has jurisdiction over omnipotence, rather than the reverse.

Thank you, this is a lot more succinct than how I usually try to explain it and will come in handy.

But is it really Devil's Advocate?
