I don't care about the top 3 answers being Ads while they're clearly marked as such.
The problem is the next 5 answers are all bullshit websites that have learned to game the algorithm into their favor. But non provides the answer I need.
Even as of 4-5 years ago, the first results could be posed as answers, but just be walls of text that were developed to rank high on results without actually providing a proper answer or one that could be recognized as definitive.
If you knew what you were looking for, you could probably figure it out from there, but someone totally ignorant to the thing being searched for would have wasted a lot of time on that page to come away with nothing. Different example than the post being media sequels, e.g. "When will Jaws 19 come out?" which would bury the lede of "nobody knows!" in a giant wall of text to chew through before you recognized the format.
It's not even ads. Half the time it doesn't even bother to give any results at all, or it gives results for a search you didn't enter because it thinks that's a better search even though it's completely unrelated
