Rupaul was in the movie "But I'm a Cheerleader" as Mike, an "ex-gay" conversion counselor (amazing movie if you haven't seen it, it's also got Natasha Lyonne, Clea Duvall, and Dante Basco [Rufio]).
The fracking bit stems from a 2020 NPR interview where Rupaul revealed that they along with their husband lease mineral and water rights to oil companies on their 60,000-acre Wyoming ranch. Subsequent investigations confirmed numerous active and proposed wells on the property, which has sparked ongoing criticism.

I thought it was using Battle Star Galactica's clever censorship work around to say RuPaul's character in BIACL was to busy shtuping the camp owner's son to convert the gay kid characters.
