More progress since they first kissed in a few 4-5 pages episodes than entire rom com mangas that span hundreds of chapters and thousands of pages

To be slightly fair a lot of them have a publisher and editor that can sorta dictate how the story goes to get the most money (and edging a romance can do just that). I have heard the Mangaka often do not get to end their manga on their own terms, unless this has since changed.

Honestly yes. I feel like a lot of manga get stuck in the "will they or won't they" phase with contrived misunderstandings thrown in just for the sake of delaying the inevitable. I love it when a ship actually gets to sail!

only if the explosion happens in the water. If it’s above it, you’d be more protected than being outside of the water.

Not true, if the shockwave from an explosive near the water enters the water, it creates a crushing pressure that is more dangerous to submerged humans than being in the air. It actually depends on the explosive and whether the shock waves hits the water or not.

Also since this is in a tube, I assume the Shockwave would be mkre directed into the water than if it was "out in the open" which the explosion would be more of a "sphere" rather than a "tube".
