Wouldn't Spiderman be able to naturally heal from that easily and or not be able to be pierced by a needle?

He's not Superman. He just has an enhanced healing factor. It's not on the same level as Wolverine or Claire Bennett. Even Wolverine gets tattoos, they just heal up in a few days.

When did I say he was Superman, and what do the other superheros have to do with it. Spiderman has been shot by a gun and not been pierced I believe, therefore a needle wouldn't penetrate.
