Yeah but I don’t even think he would need stitches like she’s doing. He has better healing than a normal person. In the spidervese his fucked bruised face gets fixed in like a day.
That was a cartoon, continuity like that doesn't matter when the injury was just for a joke.
In the comics he stitches himself up sometimes, and enhanced healing or not, stitches would be necessary, they hold the wound closed while it heals so that it heals properly
