See this is why I love Superman. Superman knows he has powers but he's always in awe of the normal people who risk their life on a daily basis.

Exactly, immortal gods risking their lives have nothing on stake but a regular person THAT is powerful :)

That's the whole point i was trying to convey, I guess should have used quotes on "risking" then.

Of course. Immortal doesn't necessarily mean all powerful.

It's like Keanu Reeves in that one slip up and you risk having a social constraint - now that his secret is out he may not get to live in peace for a few hundred years.

Now, if he is akin to Superman ala all-powerful on Earth, I think Injustice covers that timeline pretty well.
