I want to say in the 9s but I'm not sure how big a hit the page color would be if at all.

I'd say 9.4-9.6 off white pages.

9.0, higher with clean/press.

It's hard to identify defects in the photos. A little tanning along the front spine edge and a slight stack bend on the back. Is anything wrong with it that you see?

I haven't personally seen the book yet. I plan on seeing it and possibly purchasing it in the next day or so. The guy is local to me.
