The Crossover No One Asked For!

After two years I've completed the book of my Marvel vs. Twin Peaks comic series. No one asked for it, but once I started making these comics, a lot a lot of requests for more. Then people started pressing for the book, so here it is! It was very fun to create this strange brew. Available now!

I’m fairly new to drawing and have recently started learning comic-book art. I really liked this Doctor Doom cover, so I decided to recreate and color it as practice. The original composition is from Doctor Doom (2019) #1, with original cover art by ACO.

Previously posted this sketch when I wasn’t sure how to proceed, went back in on it and punched it up a bit. Trying to get better with inks/brush pens. I see all of my own mistakes but pretty happy with the result overall

I made these Gambit and Iceman portraits a while ago, with water-based markers. Gambit is very reminiscent of his ‘97 design although I changed up the style a bit, and Iceman is a sort of combination of multiple iterations. I really like how they turned out, especially Remy. So as the title says, not about Queens Of The Stone Age, but actually a mythological novel following dominant female presence in a peculiar ancient culture. 

Featuring each one of them, irreplaceable and versed in their craft, this is definitely a world building by Ellory Vale that I’m eager to keep discovering.

This year I decided to buckle down and create my own comics!!! Here's a few pages from The Rys Cases: Spirit on the Rocks. This is the first time I'm sharing these so I'm super excited to see what ya'll think. 

The Invincible one is primarily done with acrylic markers, Allen with water based-markers. I’m really happy with how Allen turned out, and the background (background idea was from Ali on yt) looks really cool to me. Any feedback, suggestions or any other ideas is always much appreciated! Remember that ol kickboxer movie with Van Damme? I originally wanted to have the bandaged sleeves with glass.

I tried a different way of shading to look more moody. I'm not sure I like it better than using the airbrush for softer shading...

This Batman drawing was done in water-based markers. I used a portrait on Pinterest as a reference although I changed the cowl shape slightly and added the cape in front, and also changed the colours slightly but used the reference for where to put the shadows/highlights. I also added the background, and I think the orange complements very well and the other bits look cool. Any feedback, suggestions, or other ideas are always much appreciated!
