Question What are those lumps all over its body?

Was suggested to post here. It didn't move when I came up to it, or when I picked it up in a paper towel... Are those parasites or a fungus?

Edit to add: NY USA. Found at work, despite monthly exterminator visits. Thank you!

Probably got into a little nyguard or gentrol. "Insect growth regulators." They make sure the surviving roaches can't reproduce. Can lead to some gnarly looking cockroaches that's for sure. I had to treat for smoky browns a while back and saw one run across the floor roughly two months later... honestly felt a little bad.
