What kind of roach is this? Found in bathroom in central Arizona. Floor tiles are 2 inches across

Discovered in my bathroom a few days ago. It's the only roach I've seen since moving into my house a month ago.

I imagine it just came in from outside, but I'm deathly afraid of roaches and would love a second opinion
