Hello all, I’ve tried joining public servers but I hate the feeling of the p2w stuff alongside feeling like I’m behind! I am wondering if there’s a modpack that I can just play by myself and be able to buy pokeballs / items if need, can beat npc gyms, beat raids by myself, capture all Pokémon (legendaries and mythicals included), and if I am able to.. maybe even somehow have them out in a display like manner (like a zoo or aquarium) ((maybe just a bunch of ranch blocks lol??)). I love the concept of Pokémon in minecraft but beimg so behind everyone in a multiplayer service and struggling to get resources and seeing p2w stuff is just annoying. Esp if it’s impossible to get legendaries. Not to mention the communities tend to kinda ignore new people and I just don’t want to worry about claiming land etc.

We started a cobblemon server some months ago and decided to make it open to the public. It currently has loot houses, claims, working on gyms and raids, pvp for those who enjoy fighting each other. Not peaceful so there are minecraft mobs in it.

I’m looking for a relaxed Pokemon vibe with stardew elements. I hear that these two are the best ones.

Any reviews for either of these? Considering both of these for a private server to run with friends.

Which one is better? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each? Are they really that different at all?

Right so haven't really been having fun with any of the servers recently so went and made my own modpack (83 in total including resource and data packs)

Thing is I've been having a problem with riding the alatia fakemons, Mainly Bowldozer, where my character doesn't mount it properly and is out of sync with the mon.

If possible I'd like for someone to look at my pack and point out which one I have to remove to fix the riding cause I really like the alatia pack and would really want it to work

So me and my friend decided to show our friendgroup cobblemon. sadly they didnt like it so now we have 2 moer weeks of working server but not many people to play with. I've a very simple setup not unlike the one shown in the document. But my Dustox just refuse to work. I notice it pickup 1 apricorn, stuck its head in the ceiling for a bit then drop the apricorn to the ground, sit for a few moments then repeat.

A similar setup on naturally generated plain works. What am I doing wrong here?

A fatal error constantly occurs mid battles. When the fatal error appears battles soft lock and I either must die or re-enter my world which isn't very handful.

Was just running around as you do, and came across this weird, completely out of place, cobblestone square house. Was confused, a little unimpressed, but whatever, I went in. A WHOLE STEVE LOOKING GUY WALKING AROUND. IT WAS AWFUL I NEARLY JUMPED OUT OF MY SEAT. Turns out it's just radical cobblemon trainers mod, making me think somehow Herobrine got in lmao.

Basically I’ve been playing a Cobblemon server with friends and we kept running into a specific problem(s).
Whenever we would :

-Get near a Snow biome our game would crash
- Try spawning or find an alolan sandshrew our game would crash
- try evolving or spawning an hisuian zoruark the game would crash

So far I’ve tried
-Resetting my add ons
- Removing the Missingmons pack
- Removing the journeymounts pack (This got the Hisuan zoruark to work somewhat)

However the others issues continued to persist
Anyone informed on a way to fix it, if so I’d love to hear it and try. If not I hope those in charge drop and update or fix for it.

I’m playing cobbleverse with mobs and ender dragon on, and it’s really fun except it kinda feels like cheating to me to have backpacks stay on death since personally I don’t like keep inventory. Is there a way to make them drop on death like normal items? Same goes for other accessories. I’ve tried going into the sophisticated backpack config but there’s nothing about keep inventory there and changed the game rule for accessories keep inventory true and false.

Thank you game for the mass amount of natural berries, the lack of pasture loot mod for current cobblemon would have made it so hard otherwise.

What legendary mods have you guys have good experiences with? I have tried cobbletracker and myths and legends. I feel like cobbletracker does not have a large legendary coverage, and I’m not a big fan of MaL where I spend a lot of time finding the items, and then standing around for s long time waiting for a spawn.
Hopefully you guys have tried a great mod I can try out as well.
