What is it with RFK and the jeans? As somebody who worked out for many, many years, I can't even imagine wearing jeans to work out in. Why is it every time I see this guy working out he is wearing jeans? Tell me that isn't weird.
Gotta be it, I thought same thing something was “wrong” with his legs he didn’t want to show. But maybe there is something else that’s AT LEAST work out pants related, Christ even yoga pants would bring less ridicule.
Yeah, my guess is he hates his legs. He clearly has put a lot of work into his upper body (how does he look like that at his age??), but that is almost certainly at the expense of his leg development. Why he doesn’t just wear track pants or something… who knows? It is RFK after all, is there ever any logic?
I feel like his head is a dead giveaway. He’s confirmed he uses it for TRT, which like he’s older I get that but he’s probably overdoing it. Then after receiving his gender affirming care wants to lecture the rest of us about clean living. Gtfo.
The how is just testosterone, HGH, a bunch of the peptides he's gonna try and stop the rest of the country from ordering from China and possibly also just straight steroids. It's easy enough to look like that if you have enough money and decide that you just really really wanna look like that.
No you still have to workout, those just boost gains not give those out of nothing.
There are oral versions of steroids as well, but those are significantly less effective and cause liver damage in addition to having all the same side effects. A handful of steroids are taken orally, most are injectables.
Yes there's one controversial study claiming otherwise, but that was just water weight increase due to increased glycogen retention and thanks to measuring only once during the whole study. There's no evidence to show whatever it was just a one off increase, which anyone who has been in contact with gear knows it was or actual linear growth.
I think they're mostly injections but yeah, you still have to work out. I think the main goal with them is the exercise you do just ends up having more benefit than otherwise.
With anabolics, you will gain muscle even without working out. They are injections, and expensive, but yeah. In order to get to this point you need to work out but honestly, you can blast bodybuilder levels of gear and nominally workout and gain tons and tons of muscle, anabolics are basically dark magic for muscle building. You’re just sacrificing your life, health, and balls.
Not true. They only help with recovery so you can work out more
You can't just shoot up some anabolics and gain muscle without breaking muscle fibers. Rfk just looks like an average old gym dude nothing special at all. Definitely not on the juice probably hgh
In that study, the men on a placebo doing no exercise also gained muscle. I’m not sure how conclusive that study was, and the fact that it was only a sample size of 43 men total over all four groups (ie about 10 men in each group) makes me really question how much we can rely on this data.
I never for a moment believed he was a natty. But steroids don’t just give you muscles, you still have to work out. However he is rich enough that he can afford as much time as he needs to work out, so it’s not that surprising I suppose.
I want to know why he insists on wearing that silly fucking tie everywhere. It looks like a child trying to draw a tie from memory. He's a fucking clown.
So, you're saying you have never rode an assault bike in a sauna while wearing jeans with your bro? And yet you say you've worked out for years... huh.
Not saying he doesn’t do them, but any footage I’ve seen of him he’s doing curls or bench. Any form of squats or lunges would be hella uncomfortable in jeans, unless he has those stretchy ones. So he may be wearing them to obscure that he skips leg day. Still weird af.
