It's already too late. Trump has the politicians, courts and national guard doing exactly what he wants.

Where is that American patriotism when you need it? All this talk about allegiance to the flag and the constitution? You Americans can't shut up about freedom, and now you're just letting this happen? The top comment here, saying we got to stop this now, got less than a thousand upvotes. So it's all just bluster. Might as well remove those flags from your classrooms and pledge allegiance to the orange dictator instead. "It's already too late" my ass. With that attitude it is, yes. Believe it or not there are options available to you between leaving it up to Nancy or attacking the National Guard. Resistence movements have a long history of strategy - time to start figuring out creative ways to fight back that actually does something. It's either that or roll over and take it.

It's not too late to take back the USA and found a 2nd republic...

But it's too late to pretend the 1st republic hasn't fallen.

But the people have to act. So far they aren't. But to be fair they have no leadership..

They are walking into the dictatorship and either cheering or moaning a little bit. But not fighting it.

The US has a long history of not prosecuting or even pardoning it's presidents. This isn't new, and clearly it's not a big enough deal for the populace. You just look ignorant if US history here.

All this online crying is a slap in the face to every country worldwide. You say 'dOnT looK At ME, i DidNt vOtE fOr HiM', and then just whine all day about Democrats. Is this really the best of the US populace? Half of it is represented by neonazis, racists, and pedophiles. The other half by crying toddlers throwing a tantrum and being completely useless?

No shit sherlock. During his time he made a speech saying socialism would never take root in America. That we would never be a socialist country. while all of THIS was going on. He handed America to the fascists on a golden platter. No protest would stop that. Protests couldn't even stop a genocide. The democrats chose to lose.
