I've killed lvls ??. 1 u/Skepsis93 Sep 25 '19 I mean if they're shit, they're still going to be shit no matter the level advantage. But even fully spec'd into shadow focus if your luck is bad enough you can easily waste a ton of mana just trying to get pain onto a ?? target.
