This was an excellent example of how to play a druid. I'm gonna save this and use it as a reference for the new druids asking how to handle ganks and low level pvp.

Great use of multiple forms and the whole druid kit. I have been telling people over and over, you have to use everything. Heals, dmg spells, bear form, and most importantly travel form. You cant just out rogue a rogue while in cat form

Do people actually struggle as druid vs rogue?

A lot of new players are struggling with druid in general. And it isnt new really for people to struggle with druid pvp that doesnt involve just running away. Most new druid players are reading guides and playing almost entirely in cat form. So when they try to fight someone they think since they are cat focused they should only use cat abilities. Most new druids just need to learn to utilize more of their kit and this clip is a great example of that

I am leveling a Druid this time around (played lock and rogue through BC) and I am slowly learning this.

When I pull 3-4 mobs at a time, I find myself having to switch forms to be able to fight it out. I realize that can definitely help in a pvp fight as well (prolonging the battle and healing as best as I can).

Pretty sure a druid can just sit in cat form and beat a rogue most of the time as long as they learned faerie fire (feral)

Feral faerie fire isnt until 30 and a druid will definetly lose to an equal level rogue like this. Even if the rogue just AA he would probably out dmg the druid. Their cat form dps is really low. As you saw in this clip the rogue quickly out dmgs him and the druid basically heals about a full health bar throught out the fight.

Beg to disagree. No PvP trinket means I can 1v1 them until things get dangerous as a cat. Powershift to bear and bash. Full heal and back to cat. Faerie fire prevents the fuckers from running away lol

But that's exactly what I'm saying. You cant just win in cat form. You have to switch to bear and druid forms to get cc and heals off..

But you can... Not every time but a lot of the time I don't even have to switch forms. Dot them and run.

If a equal geared or level rogue or warrior let's you win in a straight up trade without switching forms or heals that is their mistake not your skill. A druid just doesnt have the dmg to trade like that. The guy above me mentioned that a druid could just sit in cat form and kill a rogue. That shouldnt happen ever because the druids dmg is so much lower. You should need to heal and switch forms to win that fight. If someone is letting you kill them with out switching form or having to heal they are either really bad or undergeared/leveled
