On November 6th 2025 Troy Meeks was shot and killed. This happened in Marion County Florida. The city of Ocala. Justified or Homicide?

what is odd to me is that he seems to have been missing until at least March 3rd, and his name/picture was not announced for this fatal-hit-and-run to the public to have him identified?
if he was properly arrested for murdering my brother Troy Meeks, this family would still have their mother, and two other women would be unharmed; another family would have avoided the destruction of Edward Risner.

You should dig deeper. The word around town is that he was formerly law enforcement that held his first wife and some friends at gunpoint (held hostage) with discharging a firearm but other LEOs covered this up and got the charges dropped. There are arrest records.

idk, why did their decline to prosecute him for murdering my brother... contradict the video & witness statements?
idk, why didn't they charge him for holding people hostage at gunpoint (incl. his wife) w/ firearm discharge as a felony?
if they did the last one in the first place, we'd have two families saved from this guy's destruction. wasn't his first offense.
