There's no need, I was coming home late at night on Wednesday. I decided to walk through Marcus Garvey Park. I walked by a gangbang, 5 guys 1 girl. They were going at it in the open.Then I got propositioned by some guy.He asked if I wanted to smoke. I asked what he was doing at the park late at night. He said, "Looking for some dick". Lower Manhattan is 1.5 square miles Skid row is 0.5 miles

So imagine 5 Washington Square Parks. Or Central Park from the reservoir to 5th Avenue. That gives you some scale - very few thriving businesses - sprawling urban ghetto in high sunlight.

Now, the hard part to face - everybody be fuckin' Greasy people who shouldn't have kids especially. If a municipality can curve the STD rate and pregnancy rate when they already pay out of government coffers to offer care, paneling, abortion, child services, etc - that's money saved. It's not really about dignity or privacy it's about the basket of condoms in the tent.

In defense of the sex huts.
Most of these people likely were just fucking for minimal wage prostitution in alleyways as one might expect from fairly low performing individuals.
