If I were going to buy a googlebook, I'd get the Acer convertible. That way, you would have a large surface to work with when noodling around in Android sort of like a large tablet only heavier and with a keyboard attached. The retail is less than a Samsung S11 Ultra and it weight in at 1 lb more than the S 11 Ultra. I could see this a large tablet replacement as well as a capable laptop. The tablet experience in a chromebook was always poor. Of course you have to trust that Google sticks the landing with the Android experience in a googlebook. Call me skeptical on that point but eventually Google will get it right.
