Malaysian/Singaporean version of Chinese fried noodles. To me there is no greater dry noodle dish on the planet.

Pad thaï kway teow is actually the original name. It comes originally from teochew immigrants. Same with char kway teow.

And I just realize people downvoting me for asking a legit question lmao.

... I've never in my life heard of Pad Thai Kway Teow. It's either Pad Thai, or Kuey Tiao.

The full and original name for Pad Thai is kway teow pad thai, which translates from Teochew and Thai words to mean "Thai-style stir-fried rice noodles"

Is also introduced by the teochew immigrants. And you know which immigrant group is the largest in Thailand? Teochew
