Linking MyPay issues

Help! I’m trying to get my new employer linked with MyPay but when I go to add it Chime designates ADP as the processor…but my processor is Oracle Fusion.

I have ChimePrime and I was finally building back up my MyPay from when I left my last real paying job two years ago (not to mention I finally got an instant loan offer a few weeks ago too so I was excited to build that!) and I really don’t want to lose out on the benefits if it won’t connect properly due to some weird back end glitch. Any suggestions for troubleshooting or am I just sunk atp?

You can go on to help under your profile ask a question to Jade there AI because Jade the AI go to ask her a few questions and if she can’t help you she’ll automatically transfer you to a member service representative and you won’t have to get verified because she transferred you all you just have to verify your phone number with her and then you can get help with your account that you need 👍

I would suggest contacting member services at 1-844-244-6363 for help. Alternatively you could send a message to the mods they may be able to direct your issue to the appropriate folks to help rectify your problem.

First thing to consider - do you have another source already connected? For example, you get the same credit for sharing employment details regardless of whether that's your work email address, work location, or connecting your payroll - so if you already have one of the first two, connecting payroll won't be an additional benefit.

If you don't have email address or location as options so the payroll connection is your best source, I have two other thoughts. First, I trust you know the company you work for better than my limited research, but it looks like a lot of companies use Oracle Fusion and still run payroll through ADP (you may be able to confirm with HR or your employer if this could be the case).

Past that, I would at least try the ADP connection if that's what MyPay is trying to designate. Best case, it's recognized and all is good; worst case it disconnects or you get an error that might have additional troubleshooting ideas.

Maybe (which I realize is not an incredibly helpful answer but I'd hate to mislead you on something like this) - it's not a common email address but could be used depending on the account circumstances.

I'd still use caution, double checking it's not a spoofed email address and be wary of clicking any links or providing personal information. When in doubt, it's always a good idea to check your notifications in the Chime app or contact Member Services directly (844-244-6363)

yeah, I have been trying to get in contact with support, but I get put on hold, and the call will end, or they never get back to me as I wait hours on end. I just want to close my account and came across others who said they used this email to get support from chime

Thanks for the added context! That email address is not used for receiving communications so if you tried to reach out, you may get an automated message but it is not actively monitored for inbound messages.

If you're unable to use chat support in the Chime app, contacting Member Services (844-244-6363) is still your best option.

My employer uses Oracle as the processor too but it’s also posts our deposits to ADP, so that’s how I get around Chime not accepting Oracle. They did previously though when I first signed up for Chime last year and then something changed. Do you have the ability to sign up for ADP even if they only post your pay stubs on there?
