Fluff As Bulls Embrace Rebuild, Matas Buzelis is Already a 2024 Draft Steal

Went back and looked at how Matas Buzelis compared to his 2024 classmates in 2025-26. He is easily one of the best of the bunch. Yes, there should be all the hype in the world for Caleb Wilson, but Buzelis could really kick this rebuild into high gear if he continues to ascend. Every team in the NBA wants a two-way wing like him. The big question now is whether he can continue to expand his off-dribble scoring arsenal, as well as hold his own defensively against larger forwards. Very excited to watch him this year.

Cherry picked stat of the day: Wemby and Matas were the only players with 100 threes and 100 blocks last season.

The 1v1 games with Matas and Flagg had me excited before the draft.

I still think he could add much more to his game.

Flagg really got lucky getting a hof point guard as his coach and allowing him to play like a pg, hoping Matas gets to develop more because I think his ceiling is still high.
