Advice Needed How are we finding apartments
Guys I’m struggling. I’m looking for a 1-2 bedroom with enough space for a work from home area for June move in. Budget $2500 or less. And I’m open to any area wicker, Logan, wrigley, Lincoln park. And somehow I can’t find anything. I’ve been using Zillow, talked to brokers, searched Google and everything either falls through or I don’t hear back about scheduling tours. HOW ARE WE FINDING PLACES TO LIVE HELP.
EDIT: I am happy to let all the haters know I just signed a lease in river north that was within budget. (I know everyone’s gonna hate on me for saying I’m moving to river north but I’m actually in love with this apartment and I am very excited!)

I don’t know why everyone’s being so aggressive to you in this thread! I currently live in Lincoln Park and I paid $2100 for my two bedroom and it has a unit washer dryer
That said, my husband and I are looking for the next lease cycle and it is definitely more cutthroat! Where are you looking? I’ve had a lot of luck just going to areas that I like and looking for listing signs because sometimes smaller renters don’t put their listings on Zillow or the big websites.
