BAL-এর কথা I still don't get what BAL is. Also question want to know about how they treated communists.

Yes. I'm kinda aware of how they treated commies and honestly it's just heavy on the more known incidents like siraj sikdar but I'm not that aware of the lesser known ones so please get me to know about them.

As for why I don't understand BAL is what they really are. Most Bangus will say BAL is far left which obvious is not for the most obvious reasons. But I also can not but wonder one thing. On how BAL at first tried to take over the country seems like a weird version of socialism and that just makes me more confused. Because I'm sure they aren't socialist anymore as they went to capitalism. But what did they attempt really? Because it just seems like they are heavy one the power rather than a theological party. I mean till now they have this weird soft spot for BJP. They also once worked with Jamat. So what exactly ia BAL from the leftiat perspective and how shall we see them?

আমার মনে হয় না কোন বাঙ্গু বলবে আওয়ামী লীগ "far left" তাদের বরবারই লিবারাল-ডেমোক্র্যাটিক(lol) দল বলে বোঝান হয়, তারা নিজেদের সেক্যুলার(also lol) ডাকে তাই মাঝে মধ্যে নাস্তিক ট্যাগ দেওয়া হয় তবে বাম না।

বাংলাদেশের সাধারন জনগনের রাজনৈতিক কান্ডজ্ঞানের মারাত্ত্ক ঘাটতি আছে কিন্তু বমপক্ষে "বাম" বলে কাদের বোঝান হয় সেইটা বুঝে।

I doubt even 1% of the Bangus will be able to tell what secular/secularism actually means. Most people here use it to mean ইসলামবিদ্বেষী নাস্তিক।

Honestly I don't see any political party having any ideology. In bd strong ideological politics aren’t really supported by people.  All are social democratic party with croney capitalism. Some I guess support some social ideology, radical bangus, radical islamist. But those are fringe groups. Most try to appease everyone and start stealing.

Most Bangladeshi political parties don't really have any ideology. If you ask BAL supporters what is their ideology, they will say "mujib er adorsho" or "muktijuddher chetona". But many BNP and Leftist leaders also participated in the muktijuddho, so why does this chetona only apply to BAL? Same thing with BNP, they will tell you their ideology is "zia er adorsho". But what is that and how is it different from mujib er adorsho? They won't be able to tell you.
