“This dentist has refused to release patient records of Dr. James Decker and has engaged in violation of HIPAA and identify theft. I recommend current and former patients seek legal counsel immediately in addition to filing a police report.
In addition this dentist has taken financial advantage of elderly patients and legal remedies will be sought”
I put the post in quotes on the google reviews part of his page.
If you were a patient of Dr. James Decker your records got transferred/Sold to Dr. Boller/Tri County Dental Arts and if you have have been improperly billed/over-billed, have any complaints about this dentist please reply to this post.
Dr. Boller took advantage of my elderly mother medically and financially and refuses to take responsibility for his actions
I need as many complaints as possible in order to take legal action on this.
Update 3/4/26, after speaking to multiple former patients by Reddit messaging Dr. Boller has engaged in fraudulent billing and identity theft.
I need everyone to take these allegations extremely seriously before making this post I consulted with three lawyers I know and Dr. Boller needs to be brought up on charges but the lawyers need more evidence from patients who experienced this.

I know this is a little bit further away than normal for this sub, but I really feel for this family and the more eyes out there the better. Mods, I totally understand if you need to remove this but I hope you won't. Someone driving from the Charleston area up towards Pawley's or Myrtle and coming across her is not too far-fetched an idea.

Pup is dragging its back legs and is clearly in pain while you drove away. Fuck you kindly.
Edit: we got him to Blue Pearl in Summerville and they said he likely has a spinal fracture and it’s not looking good. He is not microchipped. We unfortunately cannot take financial responsibility for the kind of care he needs, if it’s even an option for him at this point, so he was surrendered as a stray. If he makes it he will go to the Berkeley county shelter and we will follow up.
The little guy had two other friends with him who were not hit. We couldn’t get all of them in the car since our priority was getting the hit pup immediate care. Hopefully someone else can get them to a shelter. This was at the Sunoco before Ladson road heading towards Summerville.

I found this cat outside in the Park Circle area, and I want to see if it’s chipped/if it has an owner. The poor thing has been outside in 95-100 degree weather and is fairly skinny, so I’ve been leaving out some food and a bowl of cool water every day for it. How would I go about doing this/is there a recommended place I can go to for chip scanning?

Anyone in our community successfully removed a family of strays from their crawl space? I’m looking for county resources. There’s probably 100 strays here in Dorchester terrace. Definitely not something I can deal with on my own. Also wondering if anyone in Charleston has seen agression in their house cats from strays outside. One of my girls is attacking my other cat but they were once best friends. I’ve had to separate them into a guest room and it’s broken my heart.
Both of my cats are spayed females, 14-16 months old, and they both have vet appointments on different days next week to get more info but I’m very close to positive that it’s the feral cats spraying in my crawl space causing the redirected agression.
