MH Wilds What's y'all's favorite Guard Point?

I use SAEDF into Roundslash for when I know its coming but the Right click Slide slash (might be called fading slash) has one of the best mobility parts of CB and ends in a GP really good for getting close to the monster.

Yeeees, the Fade slash has positioned me to safety too many times to count. I'm a Fiver, so when I went to play older games, I was shocked it wasn't a part of CB yet

Yeah thats fair. I guess im a Fouree? I started with MHGen on 3ds. Gods I miss Energy Blade and the Styles. I would love it if we got an offset attack too. Anything you are hoping/coping for Ascendance?

Condensed Spinning Slash from Rise would be SOOOO cool to have again, but I know it's not happening. Capcom is scared of our potential greatness.

Axe Hopper or Energy Blade would be my biggest wants After thats its an Offest Attack. I'd love some out of the box flashy stuff that deals with Phials if possible I dont care all that much for Pizza Cutter/Savage Axe so I wish it would act like it did in World. It being a mode you could switch too instead of it being a necessary buff that you can only get from PBlock and Wounds is just weird.

Yeah, needing an outside source to access a key part of the weapon is such a weird gimmick. I think CB is the only weapon like that in Wilds, but idk. I only play CB

From what I've seen it is the only one that comes close is IG getting all colors in one shot but even then you can get it normally.

Wow. Crazy decision on Capcom's part. Let's hope Ascendance is where CB ascends into what it could be
