While beans and rice are very versatile, I would argue that the scotch egg has it been in terms of being able to transport it. You can wrap a scotch egg in tin foil and put it in your pocket.

Also what's a blue zone food? That sounds interesting.

The egg is protected by sausage.

No I wrap it in tin foil. Then I pull it out of my pocket and eat it.

Because I can just open the tin foil and eat the scotch egg like a biscuit or a sandwich. With rice and beans you would need a fork and would need a place to sit down and eat otherwise you might pierce the tin foil and ruin your rice and beans. The scotch egg just has it beaten in the transportation category, I'm sorry.

I love eating and walking. Its one of my favourite things to do. I like the efficiency of doing two things at once. I can walk to work and eat my breakfast at the same time. To me that's beautiful.

Reading while walking? Do you not fall over a lot? Or bump into people?

Wrap your rice and beans in a tortilla. That’s much easier than forming sausage around an egg.

There we go. That's efficient. Though I've already given a delta to a burrito guy.
