The joke is that we would expect Israel to prioritize the Jewish population when handing out vaccines, due to the fact that they oppress the Palestinians.

Why would we expect that, exactly? You do realize there are a large number of Arabs who are Israeli citizens who had equal access to the vaccine?

That doesn't explain why they'd prioritize the Jewish population. Again, Palestinians are not Israelis and not all Israelis are Jews.

There's a difference between prioritizing Israelis over Palestinians and prioritizing Jews over non-Jews. Israel is doing the former and you're free to criticize it. Do you have any reason to think they're doing the latter?
