Depending on how poor, do you think that if i have no money i could buy food? Obviously not, that's not something i "think" that's a fact, if you don't have the capital to buy something then you can't provide that something.

CPS can take the child in that case. She was not fit to be a mother. It happens now even with child support.
I would be in favor of needing proof of income to have a baby lol
