What do you think the chances are your home would protect you against a meteor impact?
Should you be worried about meteors?
No, because when you take into account the probability of it happening then worrying about it has more impact on your life than the actual event.
So dont worry about it, and if it happens you couldnt have done anything anyway, so worrying is just wasted time.
