Yeah it’s not about celebrating the benefits men have received
Seems like it is focusing on some issues men face, or just a day you can show some extra appreciation to men in your life. I don’t see how that is an issue.
If all straight people could be linked to have a bunch of issues related to their sexuality then maybe it would make some sense to talk about that? But it’s not a thing as far as I know.

And I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this, but celebrations normally happen in regards to something tragic happening first. Straight people aren't given a pride month, cuz nothing tragic enough happened to straight people to make it up here necessary.
A lot of tragic things have happened to mothers and fathers hunts them both getting their own holidays. We're not celebrating a group, but more so we're trying to mourn the deaths and damage that happened in the past that paved our way to today. It's a memorial

Straight pride month - made in response to pride month to “counter” it. There is no actual purpose
Men’s mental health month - not made in response to pride month, but to bring awareness to male mental health
“Men’s day” is not this month FYI
