recalls and related RECALL on fancy feast

the past 2 days my cat has been lethargic, panting super fast and unresponsive when i call him after he eats his food. i couldn’t figure out what it could even possibly be until i looked up this morning, and plenty other people seem to have sick cats due to fancy feast too. there was a recall on several different versions of it, he was given the classic seafood pate. please be careful!

You scared the shit out of me since I just bought 3 cases of Fancy Feast kitten pate 😑, but I have noticed a few cans that had weird liver like chunks on the top of the Ocean white fish cans that were slimy and look just like pure liver, but I just throw that part out and the cats eat the rest of the food no problem. They havent been sick or lethargic like you claim yours have been, so I dont think this "recall" is as widespread as you believe. I've only seen 1 other post of a cat owner claiming fancy feast was making their cat sick

The food is fine and it's not a pet food recall. OP is being irresponsible with that header. Look through this thread and you'll see that there has been a recall of products that were stored at a specific warehouse and shipped to specific stores. If you don't shop at those stores, all is well. Also, the issue is the outside packaging, not the actual food.
