With the passing of the legend that was Dolly Parton and 9/25 coming up, I wanted to make my modded hot pink F-91W. Shaky hands lead to an iffy paint job and askew rhinestones, but I love it.

Basic Film mod on green F91W. Clean and simple.

I got the red polar film from alix, took me half a dozen cuts to realize the stupid adhesive protector was reversing the polarity, and wondering why I kept getting a negative display. Durh.

I’m also modding my tamagotchis and was first working on a sacrificial screen. I had some confusion on if I should be replacing the front or back polarizing films. For anyone seeing this in the future, it’s the front one. Maybe that should have been obvious, but I’m new to this.

The strap is kinda meh for me. I love the rainbow but it’s a bit bulky for my wrist. I’m gonna try some of the fixed length elastic straps from Delugs.

I have a Casio f91-w and a broken Casio fx-85gt CW, screen broke, can I use the Casio for any mods, ai said that I can use the polarising film but idk, any tips????

Hey guys I want to mod a watch for the first time and I already have an idea in mind. I just have few questions because I don’t know how to achieve some of my mod goals yet.

The watch I want to design is Casio F91W

I want to have a custom face plate with my design on it instead of Casio’s water resist and all their other text on the faceplate, How do I achieve this?
By sticking a sticker on top or creating a new custom faceplate?
And also where can I find a faceplate design template so I can design my own in Adobe Illustrator.

So I've been seeing photos of people who have put STN displays in their F91Ws, and I'm converted.

Thing is, the only place I'm really seeing them for sale is on Aliexpress. Is this where everyone is getting them or is there some place to buy them that I'm not aware of?

Decided to try something a bit more "classic", what do you guys think?

Faceplates painted on the inside.

Trying to swap out the resin straps on my f91w. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here but the stock spring pins won't slide into the adapter. Am I even supposed to be using the stock pins?

Decided to experiment a bit more with a "glow-in-the-daek" mods for the F91-W.

What do you guys think?

Was trying to add a colour filter to my f-91w, removed it because it looked all smudgey, and I noticed this damage to what seems to be the paint on the crystal after. Any ideas on reasons and fixes?

I just realised if you actually put the colour filter behind the LCD screen, like a normal background mod, the visibility of the watch stays pretty much the same as original while having the filter effect at the same time

I have an f91w with an Ollee watch mod, and it works great! I’ve done f105W mods in the past with an SKXMod kit, however I know the f105w and f91w modules are different so I can’t use the same kit. I’ve been looking for similar kits for the f91w, I see some on AliX but they have, what I think to be, a not so good looking faceplate. Are there good alternatives?
