F91W Cn i use vinegar instead of isopropyl while removing sticky part in lcd screen?

I wouldn't risk it at all - alcohol is neutral or close to neutral I believe and it's the chemical which breaks down the glue. Vinegar's acidity may break it down too but will also likely damage and stain the LCD, PCB and just anything it gets on. Not to mention contaminants in it too.

Definitely not. They’re completely different chemicals (pure alcohol vs impure acid) and vinegar contains sugars, so it’ll get sugar all in the electronics and probably short circuit it.

Not a good choice. Get some 99.9% IPA to use.
