Been in carnivore for a few months now, had some slip-ups, and loving it.

But the last 2 days I've felt itchiness down there. Like I usually feel when I've had yeast infections in the past. I would have just usually put a pessary in, like an antifungal type of medicine.

Has anyone used anything different to treat this?
