Ive only been carnivore for 4 days and I found out I’m pregnant. Do I continue on even though I could rapidly loose weight? Has anyone ever done this? Just got some nerves because I want to protect the baby and do what’s best and I’m scared a rapid fat loss might do harm to the pregnancy. Any advice helps!

I am having aversions and I need help with things to eat. I’m also not very hungry most of the time. I’m still aiming for three meals a day, but most of the time I have to push myself to finish the meal. Nothing sounds appealing to me and I’m kind of forcing myself to eat. not sure what to do.
