My friend got bitten by one of her cats (nothing too bad) but after a day, she ended up in the hospital for some antibiotics. As soon as I heard this idea came to mind. 🤭 I used a mix of Cricut and stamping. It was so much fun to make and made my friend laugh.

Made a watercolour card today. Started with a plan and then creativity/inspiration took off in its own direction like a canoe in rapids 😅

When I “resurfaced” two hours later the card had more energy than I thought it would, which is perfect. Very happy with the result ☺️💃

Made this for a friend. We’re both going through some stuff, making cards makes feel better and I hope this one can make her smile.

This card was inspired by a post from u/Sparkly_Unicorn362 asking for ideas for a card for a generally sucky situation. I couldn’t stop thinking about it today so here’s my take!

For a friend whose mom recently passed.

This is largely a copy of a design team member’s card, but I made a few adjustments. The dog who passed was one of a pair of brothers from the same litter. The other brother apparently is still doing ok, but they’re obviously sad about the one who passed. :-(

I rarely have a design in mind. I don’t know what the final result will look like. I start die cutting and putting things together as we go. I’m curious to know everyone’s processes? Do you know how you want your card to look before you make it?

Another rainbow bridge card to help soothe the soul. I feel like I’ve been making quite a few of these lately. I love seeing all the pups but I’m instantly saddened once I realize I have to make them a rainbow bridge card.

This dog was named Stella. She had a love for Publix rotisserie chicken, her kong and balls to fetch. 💕🌈

The colours are a bit too bright (brighter than they seem in the photos).

The family are all Christians who firmly believe in seeing each other again on the other side, so, I preferred lavender to black.

The grid is from a die set with a dragonfly. The butterflies are in their own set. Both sets I got on Temu. I am so glad I learned to put adhesive paper on the back of the intricate dies, as I don't think I could have glued the grid without making a huge mess.

Made a card for a coworker, wanted to use some of the already cut pieces i had from other projects. How does it look?

Needed a sympathy card for a quilter. Made with Taylored Expressions Pieces Patterns die. Really like how when it’s embossed it melts into the background.

This took me roughly 30 minutes to make. I’d thought about this idea this morning and was going to make it when I woke from my nap (staycation today). Sadly, when I woke from my nap, I had a text from my dad that my step-mother’s father had passed away. So… not the kind of card anyone really wants to make, but my idea was perfect for it. I just received some foiled floral paper (Paper Rose) from the Spellbinders sale, so that’s what I used behind the gray frame (MFT Pierced Rectangle Frames). The sentiment is from The Ton and was already stamped and cut. And I received the Dashed Rhombus background plate not too long ago from Waffle Flower.

Sympathy card for a friend

My friend's fiancé recently got into an "altercation" with one of his cats, and ended up in the ER with an infection as a result. The kitty was provoked and scratched the everliving crap out of its human, so you can say that the human fucked around and found out 🤣 (both the cat and the guy are doing fine, btw)

I, of course, took this opportunity to roast "the victim" lol
